腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果比较

摘　　要：目的分析比较腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法抽选我院98例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组(49例)和对照组(49例)。给予对照组开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,观察组则应用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,比较两组的术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及术后并发症情况。结果治疗后观察组的术中出血量比对照组少,且P<0.05;观察组术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,且P<0.05;治疗结束时观察组无并发症发生,对照组并发症发生率为12.24%,且P<0.05。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术相对于开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗效果更为理想,能减小创伤,利于患者术后恢复,安全有效。Objective Analysis and comparison of laparoscopic uterine fibroids rejecting operation and laparotomy for the treatment of uterine fibroids eliminate the clinical effect of the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 98 patients with uterine fibroids were chosen as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group（49 cases） and control group（49 cases）.Give for the treatment of uterine fibroids to eliminate,control laparotomy group is used for the treatment of laparoscopic uterine fibroids eliminate,compared two groups of intraoperative blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,ambulation time,length of hospital stay and postoperative complications.Results After treatment less intraoperative blood loss of observation group was obviously better than the control group,and P〈0.05.Observation group anal exhaust time,postoperative bed activity time,hospitalization time significantly shorter than the control group,and P〈0.05.At the end of the treatment group without complications,the control group,the incidence of complications was 12.24%,P〈0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine myoma eliminating technique relative to open for the treatment of uterine fibroids excluding effect more ideal,can reduce the trauma,good for patients with postoperative recovery,safe and effective.
