摘 要:目的观察桦褐孔菌醇(Inotodiol)对人卵巢癌裸鼠移植瘤的抑制作用。方法建立卵巢癌SKOV3裸鼠移植瘤模型,将30只荷瘤鼠随机分为空白对照组、桦褐孔菌醇高、中、低浓度组和顺铂(DDP)组各6只。桦褐孔菌醇组予桦褐孔菌醇腹腔注射治疗,DDP组予DDP注射治疗,空白对照组予生理盐水腹腔注射治疗。连续治疗3周后观察疗效并记录各组裸鼠及其皮下移植瘤生长情况,绘制肿瘤生长曲线和肿瘤生长抑制率。结果桦褐孔菌醇组对移植瘤有明显的抑瘤作用,桦褐孔菌醇高、中、低浓度组抑瘤率为43.10%、28.73%和13.53%,与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组抑瘤率与顺铂组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桦褐孔菌醇对人卵巢癌裸鼠移植瘤具有抑制作用。Objective:To observe the inhibiting effect of inotodiol on transplantation tumor of human ovarian cancer in nude mice.Methods:Transplantation tumor of ovarian cancer SKOV3 cell line mouse model was established,30 nude mice with transplanted SKOV3 tumor were randomly divided into blank control group,high-dose inotodiol group,middle-dose inotodiol group,low-dose inotodiol group,and DDP group,6 mice in each group.The mice in three inotodiol groups were treated with intraperitoneal injection of inotodiol; the mice in DDP group were treated with injection of DDP; the mice in blank control group were treated with intraperitoneal injection of normal saline.After consecutive treatment for 3 weeks,the curative effects in five groups were observed,the growth of transplantation tumor were recorded;tumor growth curve and inhibition rate were drawn.Results:Inotodiol had significant inhibiting effect on transplantation tumor; the inhibition rates in high-dose inotodiol group,middle-dose inotodiol group,low-dose inotodiol group were 43.10%,28.73%,and 13.53%,respectively,compared with blank control group,there were statistically significant differences(P〈0.05); there was no statistically significant difference between high-dose inotodiol group and DDP group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Inotodiol has inhibiting effect on growth of transplantation tumor of human ovarian cancer in nude mice.
