胎儿期多发性关节挛缩症的超声影像学特征

摘　　要：目的 探讨胎儿期多发性关节挛缩症的超声声像图特征。方法 对2010年6月-2014年6月在该院产后证实的51例多发性关节挛缩症的声像图进行回顾性分析。结果 胎儿期多发性关节挛缩症产前具有典型的超声表现,该院产前超声诊断多发性关节挛缩症Ⅰ类敏感度为86.67%,Ⅱ类敏感度为88.89%,Ⅲ类敏感度为90.00%。结论 胎儿期多发性关节挛缩症具有特征性超声表现,可以通过超声筛查对胎儿期多发性关节挛缩症及其合并畸形进行诊断。Objective：To explore the ultrasound imaging characteristics of fetal arthrogryposis multiplex.Methods：The ultrasound images of 51 cases diagnosed as arthrogryposis multiplex definitely after birth in the hospital from June 2010 to June 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Fetal arthrogryposis multiplex had typical sonographic symptoms before birth,the sensitivities of class Ⅰ,class Ⅱ,and class Ⅲ arthrogryposis multiplex by prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis in the hospital were 86.67%,88.89%,and 90.00%,respectively.Conclusion：Fetal arthrogryposis multiplex has typical sonographic symptoms,ultrasonic screening can be used to diagnose fetal arthrogryposis multiplex and its complicated deformities.
