摘 要:评价猴头菌H10的水提物对酒精造成的胃粘膜损伤和肝损伤的保护作用。采用95%乙醇造成大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤,测定胃粘膜损伤指数;采用50%乙醇造成小鼠急性肝损伤,测定小鼠血清甘油三脂、极低密度脂蛋白、门冬氨酸转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶含量,测定小鼠肝组织中丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量。猴头菌中剂量组和大剂量组能明显降低乙醇造成的大鼠胃粘膜损伤指数;猴头低剂量组能明显降低小鼠肝损伤动物血清VLDL含量,中剂量能够降低ALT、VLDL、MDA含量,高剂量组能够降低ALT、AST、VLDL、TG、MDA含量及提高SOD、GSH-Px活性。猴头菌对酒精造成的胃粘膜损伤和肝损伤具有保护作用。The protect effects of Hericium erinaceus water extract on ethanol-induced gastric mucosal lesion and liver injury were investigated. The gastric mucosal lesion of rat was induced by 95% ethanol, and the lesion index was measured. The liver injury of mice was induced by 50% ethanol, and the triglycerides fiG), very low density lipoprotein (VLDL), aspartate transami- nase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (AST) content in serum were measured, the malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismu- tase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) content in liver tissue were measured. The middle dose and high dose of H. erinaceus could reduce the lesion index of gastric mucosal. The low dose of H. erinaceus could reduce VLDL content. The middle dose of H. erinaceus could reduce ALT, VLDL, MDA content. The high of H. erinaceus could reduce ALT, AST, VLDL, TG, MDA content and improve the activities of SOD and GSH-Px. Hericium erinaceus water extract can protective gastric mucosal and liver from ethanol damage.
