摘　　要：目的为了使用户在办公时舒适健康。方法通过人因工程学结合桌椅设计的特点,将人体在使用过程中的动作和姿势考虑在其中,把人和桌椅看作一个系统来研究,并从中找出设计依据。结果人体在使用桌椅的过程中,动作姿势的改变,需要桌椅相应作出变化来配合人体进行使用。结论测量所得数据和计算方法均真实有效,为今后桌椅设计提供依据。In order to make sitting healthy and comfortable when people are at work, combining human factors engineering and the characteristics of the furniture design, the article considers human body movement and posture with the tables and chairs as a system to study, and finds the basis of design. The article finds that in the process of the human body in the use of tables and chairs, the change of the posture needs tables and chairs to make corresponding changes to match the human body. Through real and effective analysis and summary of the experimental data, the article provides the basis for future furniture design.
