摘　　要：赖振元属龙，龙元建设由此得名。Lai Zhenyuan, born in Xiangshan County, Zhejiang Province, is the chairman of Long Yuan Construction Group, which is a listed company headquartering in Shanghai. Sixty years ago, when he was a 15-year-old young man, Lai started his career life in the construction industry. In 1980, Lai founded Zhejiang Second Construction Group in Xiangshan County, the former name of Long Yuan Construction Group. Later on, in 1984, Long Yuan entered into the Shanghai construction market, marking the development milestone in its history. After more than 30 years of development, Long Yuan has become a reputable enterprise in Shanghai, even in China. In our interview with Lai, he told us that, 'quality is the lifeline of Long Yuan, and customers' satisfaction is the goal of Long Yuan.' We were highly impressed by Lai's diligence and his enthusiasm for the work, given that he is over 75 years old. Under the leadership of Lai, We believe, Long Yuan will have a bright future.
