摘　　要：文章针对通信网络资源数据准确性低的问题,运用QC理论,确定了人员、资料、系统、流程等方面的要因,然后制定了对策表,通过一段时间的实施后,大大提高了资源数据质量,并在今后工作中对这些成果进行了巩固和加强。This paper, aiming at the low accuracy of network resources data, used the theory of QC to determine the main reasons of personnel, information, system, process, and then developed the strategy table, through the implementation of a period of time, to improve the network resource data quality, and in the future the achievements were consolidated and strengthen.
