摘 要:基于抗坏血酸与铁(Ⅲ)氧化还原和铁(Ⅱ)与邻二氮菲配位显色反应,建立了十八烷基三甲基溴化铵和十四烷基溴化吡啶协同增敏测定抗坏血酸新方法。TPB-STAB体系集助溶、保护、催化、增敏为一体,有效提高配合物的光灵敏性,摩尔吸光系数增大2.2倍,方法的线性范围为0-10μg/m L,检出限为0.01μg/m L,用于实际样品中抗坏血酸含量的测定。In this work, we developed a novel method for detection of aseorbic acid using stearyl trimethyl amoium bromide (STAB)-tetradecy pyridinium bromide (TPB) synergetic sensitization, based on the coordinative chromogenic reaction between ortho-dinitrogenous phenanthrene and Fe (II), derived from Fe (III) reduced by ascorbic acid. The STAB-TPB system with excellent performance on solubilization, protection, catalysis and sensitization can substantially improve the detection sensitivity of the complexes, due to 2.2 - time higher molar extinction coefficent. The linear range of this analytical method is 0 - 10μg/mL, and the limit of detection (LOD) is 0.01μg/mL. Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of ascorbic acid in real samples.
