摘 要:为建立测定食品接触材料有机涂层中六价铬的分光光度法。分别用蒸馏水、3%乙酸水溶液浸泡不粘锅涂层,95℃恒温存放90min,得到食品模拟物,水、3%乙酸水溶液食品模拟物样品用二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法直接测定。六价铬的方法检出限为0.008mg/L,方法回收率在86.0%~108%。该方法准确度高,操作简单。Determination of chromium ( Ⅵ) migration quantity in organic coating for food contact materials by ultraviolet speetrophotometry. Organic coating were tilled with water and 3% acetic acid and kept in thermostant at 95℃ for 90min. chromium(VI) were determined by 1,5 -Dtphenylcarbohydrazide spectrophotometric method. The detection limits were 0. 008 mg/L. The method was simple and rapid, testing results show that recovery for chromium ( Ⅵ ) determined were from 86.0% to 108%.
