摘　　要：针对现在油井产油设备体积重量庞大以及作业效率低的缺点,提出了一种新型容积式油井压油泵,介绍了其结构原理、特点和关键性技术,并针对球塞副可能存在的泄漏量较大的不足之处,对压油泵的结构做了优化设计,为该泵广泛应用于油田深井高效采油奠定了基础。Focused on the shortcoming in oil well equipment nowadays,such as huge volume and weight,low operation efficiency,a new displacement pressure oil pump is proposed. The structural principle,characteristics and key technologies are introduced in this paper. The structure of oil pressure pump is optimized in order to overcome the potential deficiencies that the leakage of the ball plug vice is large,which lays a foundation for the pump to be widely used in oilfield with efficient production.
