摘 要:采用3只乙烯砜/一氯均三嗪双活性基活性染料对棉织物进行染色,并采用粗盐作为染色促染剂.探讨了螯合剂种类和用量、粗盐用量、固色温度、固色时间、染料用量对染色棉织物K/S值的影响,测试了染色织物的色牢度,比较了常规氯化钠和粗盐分别作为促染剂时的染色性能.研究结果表明,粗盐可作为促染剂用于棉织物活性染料染色,染料用量为2%(omf)时,可加入植酸钠4 g/L、硅酸钠或磷酸钠作为螯合剂,染色织物的色牢度与常规工艺一致.Three vinyl sulfone/monochlorotriazine reactive dyes were applied to cotton fabric dyeing, and coarse salt was used as accelerating agent. The type and dosage of chelating agent on K/S value of cotton fabric were studied. The effects of dosage of coarse salt, fixing temperature, time and dosage of reactive dyes on K/S value of cotton fabric were investigated. The dyeing performance of sodium chloride and coarse salt as accelerating agent was compared. The dyeing fastness of dyed fabrics was also tested. The results showed that coarse salt was a good accelerating agent for reactive dyeing of cotton fabrics. 4 g/L of chelating agent sodium phytate, sodium metasilicate or trisodium phosphate could be added to the dyeing bath containing 2%(omf) of reactive dye, and the fastness of dyed fabric was similar with the conventional dyeing.
