摘  要:【目的】建立高效液相色谱检测稻米中调环酸钙残留量的方法。【方法】稻米样品用乙腈提取,提取液浓缩后经高效液相色谱分析。【结果】方法的最低检出量为0.15ng;最低检出质量分数为0.05mrdkg,平均回收率为95.7%N99.4%,相对标准偏差为3.0%~3.6%。【结论】广西和黑龙江2地稻米中调环酸钙的最终残留量未检出,方法的灵敏度、准确度及精密度均符合农药残留分析要求。[Aims] A method of detection of prohexadione calcium residues in rice by high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) was established. [Methods] The rice samples were extracted with acetonitrile, the extract was enriched and then determined by HPLC. [Results] The minimum detectable levelof the method was 0.15 ng, and the minimum detectable concentrationwas 0.05 mg/kg. The average recovery was 95.7-99.4%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) ranged from 3.0 to 3.6%. [Conclusions] The final residues of prohexadione calcium in rice from Guangxi and Heilongjiang were not detected. The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the method are met with the requirements for pesticide residue analysis.
