摘 要:在城乡一体化办学的大背景下,山区学校整体并入城市学校,学生获得了优质教育资源。但是由于进城学生在心理适应和个人认同方面出现的心理问题,导致辍学率增加,社会公众对恢复原有山区学校的诉求日渐凸显。山区进城就读学生的心理问题,有着复杂的社会和文化原因,要解决这一问题,就需要政府在政策方面的保障和支持,学校育人作用的有效发挥,创造积极健康的外部条件,从而促进民族地区山区学生心理健康成长。In the context of integrating urban and rural schools, lots of schools in mountain area have been integrated into urban schools, which provide excellent education resources for students from mountain areas. However, rural-to-urban migrant students' psychological problems caused by psychological adaptation and personal identity have led to the increase in drop-out rate. The demand of the public for resuming schools in mountain area is getting increasingly higher. The psychological problems of the rural-to-urban migrant students are rooted in complex social and cultural factors. To solve these problems, government should provide policy guarantee and support, and school should give full play to its function of cultivating talents. Only in this way can healthy external conditions be created for the psychological development of rural school students in mountain areas in ethnic minority regions.
