摘 要:分子生物学是一门实践性很强的学科,其研究方法与技术是21世纪生命科学和医学生物学研究的重要基础和支撑,在创新型生物学专业人才培养中的作用倍受重视。作为分子生物学课程体系的重要组成部分,分子生物学实验教学的实际效果不容忽视。作者对多年分子生物学实验教学实践进行总结与思考,认为在实验教学中切实发挥实验指导教师的指导作用、强化学生基本功训练、在实验操作的间隔时段引入相关问题的探讨以帮助多数学生通过实验课讨论,加深对相关基础理论的理解,培养学生勤于思考、善于思考,逐步提高学生运用所学理论分析实际问题、发现新问题和设计实验的综合素质,是保证分子生物学实验教学效果的根本途径。Molecular biology and its experimental teaching is assigned one of the most important com- pulsory course for the junior undergraduate students who maior in biotechnology and/or biological sci- encesis as its strong practicality and its methods and techniques serving as powerful tool for almost all life science related research and practice. Experiments study is an indispensable content of molecular biology teaching focusing on quality-oriented education. Based on years of experiment teaching prac-tice of molecular biology, the writers believes the fundamental means to persistently improve the quality of experiment teaching of molecular biology is to make teachers really play the role of guid- ance, to reasonably organize the contents of experiment course, to strengthen the restrict training of students' basic skills little by little, to introduce associated problem discussion in the experimental in- terval to help most students to know well the relevant theory. By which, the students can be gradual- ly trained to think about interesting subjects and link the basic theory with practice to analyze some actual problem, the experimental course of molecular biology can play the irreplaceable role in innova- tive talents cultivation.
