摘  要:目的探索案例教学法(Case based learning,CBL)在胃肠外科学教学中的应用。方法将2011级五年制航空航天临床医学专业本科生159人随机分为两组,实验教学组采用CBL模式,对照组采用传统教学法进行胃肠外科学教学,采用考试试卷分析的方法进行评价。结果采用案例教学法的实验组学生对胃肠外科学知识掌握程度显著高于采用传统教学法的对照组(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法较传统教学法提高了学生的学习自主性、趣味性、积极性及综合应用能力,有助于提高胃肠外科学的教学质量。Objective To investigate the value of CBL teaching mode in surgery teaching. Methods 159 aerospace clinical medicine undergraduate students were divided into two groups: traditional teaching group and CBL teaching group. CBL teaching mode was carried out in CBL teaching group,while tra- dition teaching mode was introduced to traditional teaching group. The questionnaires and test paper were analyzed between the two groups and two teaching modes were evaluated. Results The students in CBL teaching group mastered surgery knowledge better than those in traditional teaching group. Conclusion CBL teaching mode could obviously improve the ability of self-study, the interest, the ac- tiveness and the ability of knowledge integration, and it may help to boost teaching quality,and the a- bility to solve the clinical problems were promoted.
