摘　　要：PBL教学的重要内容是病例讨论,病例编写质量的高低决定PBL教学成功与否。为了更好地引导学生进行讨论,激发学生独立思考,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,我们对多年编写PBL教学病例的经验进行总结,提出了PBL教学病例的选择和设计应遵循的一些基本原则,如真实性,典型性,完整性,知识性和趣味性等。Case discussion is an important part of the problem bases learning（PBL）. The success of PBL is related to the quality of case. In order to better guide the student to carry on the heated discussion, inspire students to think independently and to improve the students＇ ability to analyze and solve prob- lems, We summarized the experience of writing PBL cases for many years and puts forward the selec- tion and design of PBL cases should follow some basic principles, such as authenticity, typicality, in- tegrity, knowledge and interest, etc.
