摘 要:针对传统统一电能质量调节器(UPQC)在断电的情况下无法为用户提供电能的缺点,提出一种基于储能系统的UPQC结构,并设计了相关控制策略对其进行控制。当电网正常时,通过并联有源电力滤波器(PAPF)吸收一定的有功功率对蓄电池进行充电。一旦电网断开,蓄电池迅速释放电能使直流侧电压稳定,同时通过控制串联有源电力滤波器(SAPF)逆变,保持用户端电压稳定。为了实现储能系统稳压与PAPF稳压的无缝切换,设计了带积分预设的比例积分(PI)算法。针对电压定向方法,按照其定义,设计一种直接计算定向角的方法,该方法具有计算精度高,无相位滞后等优点。系统采用双DSP芯片控制,一片控制SAPF和PAPF,另外一片控制储能系统,两片DSP芯片通过RS232总线连接到ARM单片机,进行协调控制。实验结果表明,该系统能够有效地改善电能质量,即使在电网断开的情况下,也能继续为用户提供高品质电能。A novel unified power quality conditioner(UPQC) with energy storage system is proposed for the purpose ofsolving the problem that conventional UPQC unable to provide power energy for customer in the case of power supplyfailure.Corresponding control algorithms are designed for this device.The system absorbs some real power to chargethe battery through parallelled active power filter(PAPF) when the grid is normal.Once the gird is cutting off,the ba-ttery release energy rapidly to maintain a stable DC voltage, meanwhile, the serial active power filter (SAPF) outputcertain voltage to keep the voltage of custom terminal stable.A proportional integral(H) controller with integration pre-set is designed to achieve voltage regulator seamless switching between energy storage system and PAPF.A method ofcalculating orientation angle directly is designed based on the definition of voltage orientation.High accuracy and nolag are the significant advantages of this method.Two DSP chips are applied in this system, one of them is used tocontrol SAPF and PAPF and another one is used to control energy storage system.Two DSP chips are connected to aARM microcontroller through RS232 bus.Experiment shows that the system can improve power quality significantly,and can provide high quality power for customer even if the grid is off.
