摘 要:基于数字信号处理器(DSP)控制,研制了一种应用于大功率等离子切割机的引弧系统,采用工频升压引弧的非接触式高频引弧方式,设计了弧转移控制电路以保证弧转移过程的顺利进行,整个切割机系统以DSP为控制核心,设计了控制流程,使数控系统(主要负责切割轨迹和工艺控制)、割炬高度调节系统、电源控制系统、气路控制系统和引弧系统相互配合,实现引弧和正常的工件切割。现场实验结果表明,该系统具有结构简单,工作可靠稳定,引弧成功率高等优点。Based on digital signal processor(DSP) control,a pilot arc system used in the high power plasma cutting ma-chine is developed,using non-contact high frequency pilot arc circuit,and a pilot arc control circuit is designed toensure the arc transfer process.The design is controlled by DSP as a control core to manage the process.The controlcore is used to make numerical control system(which is mainly responsible for the cutting path and process control),torch height control system, supply control system, gas control system and pilot arc system work together harmoniouslyto realize the arc cutting.The experimental results show that, the system has the advantages of simplified structure, re-liable and controllable arc and high success rate.
