摘 要:为探明钠钾泵(Na+-K+-ATP酶)是否为丁香酚作用的靶位之一,以了解丁香酚的作用机制和进一步开发利用提供参考,将体重900~1 000g、体长40~45cm的鲤鱼随机分为对照组(10尾,不含丁香酚乳剂的水溶液)和丁香酚处理组(30尾),测定其不同麻醉时期(诱导期、麻醉期和恢复期)鲤鱼大脑、中脑、间脑、小脑、延脑和脊髓中Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性。结果表明:经丁香酚麻醉后不同麻醉时期鲤鱼各脑和脊髓中Na+-K+-ATP酶活性均不同程度下降,丁香酚的抑制作用随麻醉程度加深而加强,在麻醉期时抑制作用最强,与对照组比,丁香酚处理组各脑和脊髓中酶活性在麻醉期性均极显著下降(P<0.01);与麻醉期比,恢复期除间脑和延脑外,其余各脑组织和脊髓中酶活性均呈极显著升高(P<0.01)。在麻醉的各时期丁香酚对鲤鱼各脑和脊髓中的Na+-K+-ATP酶有明显的抑制作用,对鲤鱼的麻醉作用可能与其抑制脑Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性有关。The Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity in brain, midbrain,interbrain,cerebellum, medulla oblongata and spinal cord of Cyprinus carpio treated with eugenol at different anesthesia stages(induction stage,narcosis stage and restoration stage)was detected to probe the effect of eugenol on Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity and provide a reference for further development and utilization of eugenol.The results showed that the Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity in brain,midbrain,interbrain,cerebellum,medulla oblongata and spinal cord of C.carpiotreated with eugenol reduces at different anesthesia stages to varying degrees,and the inhibition effect of eugenol increases with increase of anesthesia degree.That is,the inhibition effect of eugenol is the maximum at narcosis stage.The Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity in brain,midbrain,interbrain,cerebellum,medulla oblongata and spinal cord of Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus treated with eugenol at anesthesia stages all reduces very significantly(P〈0.01)compared with CK.The Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity of brain,midbrain,cerebellum and spinal cord of C.carpio treated with eugenol at restoration stage increases very significantly(P〈0.01)compared with at narcosis stage.Eugenol has the obvious inhibition effect on Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity in brain,midbrain,interbrain,cerebellum,medulla oblongata and spinal cord of C.carpioat three anesthesia stages,which indicates that the anesthesia effect of eugenol may inhibit Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity in brain of C.carpio.
