摘  要:中厚板轧制压力分别采用凸轮试验和热模拟试验两种变形抗力模型进行预报,变形抗力模型对中厚板轧制压力预报精度的影响显得尤为重要。相关分析研究结果表明:在中厚板轧制过程中,凸轮试验变形抗力模型对轧制压力的预报精度较为稳定;热模拟试验变形抗力模型对轧制压力的预报精度波动较大,但在中间轧制道次,热模拟试验变形抗力模型对轧制压力的预报精度高于凸轮试验变形抗力模型。Both the deformation resistance models of CAM test and thermal simulation test are used to predict the rolling load for medium steel plate, that is the reason why the deformation resistance model is of great importance for the rolling load prediction accuracy of medium plate. The results of appropriate analysis and research show that in the process of medium plate rolling, the prediction accuracy of deformation resistance model of CAM test on rolling load is comparatively stable, the prediction accuracy of deformation resistance model of thermal simulation test on rolling load varies a lot, but the prediction accuracy of the former is higher than that of the latter in intermediate rolling passes.
