玻璃离子垫与传统垫舌簧矫治器治疗儿童前牙反的临床应用比较

摘　　要：目的研究玻璃离子垫与垫舌簧矫治器矫治前牙反的优缺点。方法选取24例乳牙期及混合牙列早期前牙反患者,随机分成两组,分别采用玻璃离子垫与垫舌簧矫治器矫治,通过问卷调查法对20项研究内容进行统计学比较。结果 20项比较内容中,15项差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃离子垫矫治乳牙期及混合牙列早期前牙反比传统的垫舌簧矫治器有更好的临床应用优势,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To observe the advantage of occlusal guidance of glass ionomer cement in correcting anterior crossbite compared with traditional splint and lingual spring in decidous and early mixed dentition. Methods Twenty-four children with anterior crossbite in deciduous and early mixed dentitions were randomly divided into two groups, which were corrected by occlusal guidance of glass ionomer cement and splint and lingual spring separately. The results of the 20 research contents in the questionnaire survey were compared by statistics analysis. Results There are significant differences in the 15 research contents from the 20 objects （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Occlusal guidance of glass ionomer cement has a better treatment effect on crossbite in deciduous and early mixed dentitions compared with traditional splint and lingual spring. It would be widly accepted in clinic.
