摘  要:目的:观察脑电仿生刺激联合通窍化瘀汤对缺血性脑卒中患者血浆组织因子、D-二聚体、内皮素水平的影响。方法:将96例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。2组均给予常规方案治疗,对照组加服通窍化瘀汤治疗,观察组给予脑电仿生刺激联合通窍化瘀汤治疗。结果:观察组血浆组织因子(TF)、D-二聚体(DD)、内皮素(ET)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率(87.50%)明显高于对照组(51.11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑电仿生刺激联合通窍化瘀汤有助于降低缺血性脑卒中患者血浆组织因子、D-二聚体、内皮素水平,提高治疗效果。Objective: To observe the influence of EEG simulated stimulation combined with TongQiao HuaYu Tang on the levels of endothelin (ET), D-dimer and plasma tissue factors of the patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: All 96 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups ac- cepted conventional regimen, the control group took TongQiao HuaYu Tang and the observation group received EEG simulated stimulation combined with TongQiao HuaYu Tang. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group notably in the levels of ET, D-dimer and plasma tissue factors (P〈0.05); the observation group (87.50%) was higher than the control group (51.11%) evidently in total effective rate, the difference showed statisti- cal meaning (P〈0.05). Conclusion: EEG simulated stimulation combined with TongQiao HuaYu Tang are helpful to decrease the levels of ET, D-dimer and plasma tissue factors of the patients with ischemic stroke and improve thera- peutic effects.
