综合护理干预对干眼症症状评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察综合护理干预对干眼症症状评分的影响。方法:将100例干眼症患者随机分为2组,2组均给予一般护理、心理护理、饮食护理等常规护理,观察组同时给予中药超声雾化熏眼护理。结果:干眼症不适症状评分病例构成情况2组干预后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论:综合护理干预有利于减轻干眼症患者不适症状。Objective： To observe the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on symptom scales of xeroma. Methods： One hundred patients were randomized into two groups, both groups were administered with routine nursing including general care,, psychological care, dietary care and others, the observation group accepted eye fumigation by ultrasonic atomizer with herbs. Results： The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after intervention in the composition of discomforts scales of the patients with xeroma （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to relieve the discomforts of the patients suffering from xeroma.
