摘　　要：创业倾向水平的高低是衡量大学生创业行为活跃程度的重要指标,创业倾向受个人特质、知识技能、创业环境、学校教育等多种因素影响。探讨影响在校大学生创业倾向的因素,识别显著性影响因素并加以有效利用,这对于考量高校创业教育成效、调整创业教育目标都有着积极作用。本文研究得出的影响大学生创业倾向的显著性因素,提出了提高大学生创业倾向水平,激发大学生创业行为的路径对策。The level of entrepreneurial intention is the important indicators of college students＇entre- preneurial behavior active degree. College students＇ entrepreneurial intention is affected by the personal qualities, knowledge accumulation, entrepreneurial environment, university education, and other factors. Discussing the factors that influence the college students, identifying the significant factors, and making effective use of them have a positive effect on for the feedback effect of entrepreneurship education, adjus- ting the entrepreneurship education goal. Based on the previous study of the factors affecting the signifi- cance of college students＇ entrepreneurial intention , the author puts forward the path countermeasures to raise the level of college students＇entrepreneurial intention and inspire entrepreneurial behavior.
