摘　　要：城市社区老年闲暇教育是老年教育的一种重要形式和载体。开展城市社区老年闲暇教育是促进老年人身心健康的客观需求,是实现老年人社会价值的内在诉求,是增进老年人社会交往的外在要求,也是满足老年人终身学习的必然需求。要从转变城市社区老年闲暇教育理念,拓宽城市社区老年闲暇教育内容,丰富城市社区老年闲暇教育形式,扩大城市社区老年闲暇教育场所等方面入手,促进城市社区老年闲暇教育的发展。With the growing power of urban community and the coming of aging society,as an important form and carrier of the aged education,elderly leisure education in urban community is increasingly become a social hot spot of scholars.To develop elderly leisure education in urban community is to promote the objective demand of urban community elders＇ health of body and mind,to realize the value of the urban community elders＇ s social demands,to improve urban community elders＇ external requirement of social intercourse,and to meet the demand of urban community elders＇ inevitable lifelong learning.Based on this,put forward the implementation path of elderly leisure education in urban community：changing concept of urban community of elderly leisure education;broadening the urban community of elderly leisure education content;riching forms of elderly leisure education in urban community;expanding sites for urban community of elderly leisure education.
