摘　　要：法国是成人教育开展比较成功的国家之一,其成人教育的顺利实施得益于完备的法律体系支撑。法国通过立法彰显成人教育的重要地位,保障成人教育的经费来源,规定成人教育参与者的义务,确保成人参与学习的机会,扶持成人职业教育的发展,从而形成了独具特色的成人教育体系并对世界产生了深远影响。借鉴法国成人教育立法的经验,有助于促进我国成人教育立法工作的开展。French is one of the countries developing adult education very successfully.Its smooth execution of adult education benefits from its completely law system support.According to legislation,French demonstrates the importance position of adult education,ensures the funding resource of adult education,stipulates the obligation of adult education participants,insures the learning opportunity of adults.French government vigorously supports the development of adult vocational development,which lets the French forming its unique features of adult education system and has a profound impact in the world.The French adult education legislation experience has an important practical significance to the development of our country＇s adult education legislation.
