摘 要:针对大型工业现场水箱液位监控点分散的现状,设计了一种层次型网络拓扑结构的无线Wi-Fi传感网络中央监控系统。针对传统PID控制器对时变及非线性系统控制能力较差的缺陷,利用神经网络的自学习、自适应能力,设计了一种单神经元PID控制器,阐述了该控制器的控制特点及工程整定方法。将软件、硬件复合滤波器与单神经元PID控制器应用于无线传感网络中央监控系统中,实现了对分布式、复杂的多个水箱液位的集中管理与分布控制。结果表明,该系统稳定性、控制精度、响应速度均可以满足工业生产需求,并且很好的解决了有线控制网络的布线复杂、不易扩展、维护不便等缺陷。According to the conditions of the dispersion of monitoring points of tank level in large industrial sites, a central monitoring system of Wi-Fi sensor networks based hierarchical network topology is designed. Aiming at the defects of the traditional PID controller of the time-varying and nonlinear system, a single neuron PID controller is designed by taking advantage of the neural network's self-learning and adaptive ability. Control features and engineering setting methods of the controller are described. The software and hardware filters as well as the single neuron PID controller are both used in the central monitoring system to achieve centralized management and distributed control of the distributed, complex multiple tank level. The results show that the system stability, control accuracy and response speed can meet the needs of the industrial production, and problems of the wired control network which is wired complexly and not easy to expand and maintain are solved.
