葛根芩连汤对2型糖尿病大鼠降糖降脂作用机理初探

摘　　要：目的观察不同剂量葛根芩连汤对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖血脂水平及氧化应激反应的影响,考察其干预2型糖尿病的作用及机理。方法建立高糖高脂联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发的2型糖尿病大鼠模型,观察不同剂量的葛根芩连汤(5g/kg、10 g/kg、20g/kg)对该模型的空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)、低密度脂蛋白(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果与模型对照组比较,葛根芩连汤低、中、高剂量组FBG降低(P<0.01),SOD升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);葛根芩连汤中、高剂量组TG降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),HDL-C升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),MDA降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);葛根芩连汤高剂量组TCH降低(P<0.05),LDL-C降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论葛根芩连汤对2型糖尿病大鼠具有降糖降脂的作用,可能是通过增强机体抗氧化能力而实现。Objective By observing the effect of different doses of Gegenqinlian decoction in type 2 diabetic rats’ blood lipid levels and the reaction of oxidative stress,the research team investigate the mechanism of it intervene type 2 diabetes.Methods To establish the model of type 2 diabetic rats with high sugar and high fat diet combining STZ -induced, the research team observed the effect of different doses of Gegenqinlian Decoction （5 g/kg, 10 g/kg, 20 g/kg） on the model of fasting blood glucose （FBG）, triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TCH）, low -density lipoprotein （LDL - C）, high density lipoprotein （HDL - C）, superoxide dismutase （SOD）, malondialdehyde （MDA） content.Results The low, medium and high dose of Gegen Qinlian decoction group compared with model control group , FBG de-creased （P〈0.01）, SOD increased （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）.The medium and high dose group compared with model control group , TG de-creased （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, HDL increased （P〈0.05, P〈0.01） and MDA decreased （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, high dose group compared with model control group , TCH decreased （P〈0.05）, LDL decreased （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Gegenqinlian decoc-tion has hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects on type 2 diabetic rats,it may be implemented by enhance the capacity of antioxidant .
