膀胱移行细胞肿瘤组织中FGFR3、E2F-1及P21蛋白表达的相关性

摘  要:目的探讨FGFR3、E2F-1及P21蛋白在膀胱移行细胞乳头状瘤、膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达情况及在膀胱移行细胞癌发生和发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测30例膀胱移行细胞乳头状瘤和92例膀胱移行细胞癌患者瘤组织中FGFR3、E2F-1及P21蛋白的表达情况,并分析各指标与膀胱移行细胞癌分级、年龄和性别的关系。结果在膀胱移行细胞乳头状瘤和膀胱移行细胞癌中,FGFR3、E2F-1及P21蛋白表达阳性率分别为57%(17/30)和82%(75/92),47%(14/30)和71%(65/92),50%(15/30)和73%(67/92),膀胱癌组织中FGFR3、E2F-1及P21蛋白表达阳性率均明显高于乳头状瘤组织(P均<0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示膀胱肿瘤组织中FGFR3与E2F-1蛋白和P21蛋白表达呈显著正相关关系(r=1.000,P<0.05;r=1.000,P<0.05);E2F-1蛋白和P21蛋白表达呈显著正相关关系(r=1.000,P<0.05)。FGFR3、E2F-1和P21蛋白的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌病理组织学分级情况、患者年龄及性别无关。结论 FGFR3、E2F-1及P21蛋白的表达异常可能与膀胱移行细胞肿瘤组织的发生发展有关,FGFR3、E2F-1及P21蛋白的联合检测可为诊断膀胱移行细胞肿瘤良、恶性提供有力参考依据。Objective It is to approach the expression of FGFR3, E2F - 1 and P21 protein in bladder transitional cell papilloma tissues and bladder transitional cell carcinoma, and explore the role in the development and development of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of FGFR3, E2F - 1 and P21 protein were detected by immunohistochemi- cal method in 30 cases of bladder transitional cell papilloma tissues and 92 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma, the re- lationship between the levels, age and sex with the bladder transitional cell carcinoma were analyzed. Results The positive ex- pression rate of FGFR3, E2F - 1 and P21 protein in bladder transitional cell papilloma and bladder cancer was 57% (17/30) and 82% (75/92), 47% (14/30)and71% (65/92), 50% (15/30)and73% (67/92); there were significant differences between the two groups (all P 〈 0.05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of FGFR3 protein was significantly positively correlated with the expression of E2F - 1 protein and P21 protein in bladder tumor tissues (r = 1. 000, P 〈 0.05 ; r = 1. 000, P 〈 0.05 ) ; the expression of E2F - 1 protein was significantly correlated with the expression of P21 pro- tein ( r = 1. 000, P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of FGFR3, E2F - 1, P21 protein in bladder cancer were not associated with grade, age and gende. Conclusion The abnormal expression of FGFR3, E2F - 1 and P21 may be related to the development of bladder transitional cell carcinoma, the combined detection of FGFR3, E2F - 1 and P21 can provide a useful reference for the diagnosis of benign and malignant bladder tumor.
