摘　　要：基于高校校报学生记者成长成才及其未来职业发展的需要,高校校报要充分发挥管理育人功能,培养学生记者的新闻职业政治道德、业务技能、健康心理等三个方面的可持续发展的职业素质,为学生记者今后顺利走上新闻岗位做好必要的铺垫。Based on the needs of undergraduate journalists of college newspapers for growth,success and future career development,college newspaper should give full play to their function of management and education. They raise the undergraduate journalists＇ sustainable professional quality from three aspects,that is,political ethics,business skills,healthy psychology and so on,which paves a necessary way for undergraduate journalists to do journalism in future.
