摘  要:草创于北洋政府时期的祁门茶业改良场,是中国传统制茶叶应对国际市场挑战的产物,是中国传统制茶技艺吸收现代工业文明成果并向现代制茶工艺转化的重要标志,多位专家接棒努力,在极其艰苦的条件下,克服重重困难,取得了显著成绩,为中国制茶业的现代化做出了不可低估的贡献。主要工作体现在以下方面:建设标准化示范性茶园和按现代模式进行茶园管理;购置制茶机械和引进新工艺制作茶叶;开展高级技术人员培训和技工人才培养;联合金融业创办合作组织和转变经营方式;开展相关科学研究并产出有价值的研究成果。Keemun Tea Improvement Station, primarily founded in the reign of Beiyang Government, was the outcome of Chinese traditional tea-making industry's coping with the challenges of international market. It is a significant symbol marking Chinese traditional tea-making crafts' absorbing the fruits of modern industry civilization, and it declares the beginning of the modernization of tea-making crafts in China. To develop Keemun Tea Improvement Station, successive efforts were made by lots of experts. They tackled plenty of difficulties and gained great success, making considerable contributions to the modernization of Chinese tea-making industry. Their main efforts include: constructing standard tea gardens and managing them by modern methods; purchasing tea-making machines and bringing in new tea-making crafts; launching senior technicians and mechanics training program; collaborating with financial industry to establish cooperation organizations and transfer business pattern; and carrying out relevant scientific researches and having gained significant achievements.
