陆海空天四维空间电力系统互联的探讨

摘  要:能源问题是人类社会发展的首要问题。鉴于目前化石能源日益枯竭、环境污染逐渐加剧的严峻形势,提出了构建陆海空天四维空间大电力系统平台的概念。将火电、水电、核电等陆基电力系统,潮汐发电、波浪发电、海上风电等海基电力系统,以高空风电和空间太阳能电站为代表的空基和天基电力系统进行联网,组成吸纳和输送各种能源的大电力系统平台,并对其必要性和可行性进行了探讨。指出了需要解决的空间电站运行控制和微波输电技术、高空风电机组稳定控制技术,以及需要建立的灾害监测和预警体系并给出了功能示意框架。Energy is the most important issue for human's social development.In view of the increasing depletion of fossil fuels and the grim situation of the increasing severity of environmental pollution ,it is proposed to construct the large electrical power system platform of the four-dimensional space of land, sea, air and space.The thermal power,hydropower,nuclear power and other land-based power systems are interconnected with the tidal power,wave power, offshore wind power and other sea-based power systems and the air-based and space-based power systems represented by high-altitude wind power and space solar power plant.They form a large power system platform to absorb and transport various energy sources.Besides,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility.As is pointed out in this paper,we need to solve the space station operational control and microwave transmission technology,the high-altitude wind turbine stability control technology,establi sh the disaster monitoring and early warning systems, and provide the functional schematic framework.
