摘  要:系统元件故障具有随机性和不确定性,以概率分析的方法来研究大电网的风险水平对于电力系统的规划和安全分析都有着重要意义.介绍大电网风险分析和遗传算法的基本原理,将遗传算法应用于求解电网风险分析中的最优负荷削减量问题,并给出具体的实现步骤,特别给出了利用罚函数法构造遗传算法适应度函数的具体方法.以RBTS和IEEE RTS测试系统为例进行算例分析,验证提出的遗传算法具体实现方法的正确性,同时指出遗传算法对初始值比较敏感,实际使用过程中应注意选择合适的初始值.Owing to the failure of stochastic behavior and uncertainty of power system components, it is of great significance to evaluate the bulk power systemg risks by means of probabilistic analysis for power system planning and safety operation. The principles of risk assessment for bulk power system and genetic algorithm are introduced in this paper, and genetic algorithm is used to calculate optimal load curtailment. The steps of genetic algorithm for optimal load curtailment are given in detail. Particularly, penalty function method is used to construct a proper fitness function, and mathematical model is presented. Two typical test systems, the RBTS and IEEE RTS, are used to carry out case studies. The results verify the validity of steps of genetic algorithm for optimal load curtailment in risk assessment for bulk power system. It is also pointed out that the genetic algorithm is sensitive to the initial values and proper initial values should be chosen in practical application of genetic algorithm.
