摘 要:立柱作为磨齿机重要的支撑部件,对最终齿轮的磨削加工精度起到了非常关键的作用。在传统整体式立柱的基础上设计组合式立柱结构以提高成型磨齿机立柱本身的安装和定位精度,通过对组合式立柱与整体式立柱的动力学分析得到两者固有频率与振型,并由谐响应分析得到两者在稳定磨削时的振动情况,通过比较分析,证明组合式立柱在结构动刚度与振动性能方面优于传统整体式立柱,为今后进一步优化成型磨齿机立柱及提高加工精度提供了理论依据。As an important support of parts, column plays a very key role in the final gear grinding precision. The combination column was designed based on unitary column to improve the installation and positioning accuracy of gear grinding machine's column. The inherent frequency and the vibration shape parameters were got through the modal analysis of the combination column and a single column, and stable grinding vibration situation was got between the two through harmonic response analysis. By comparing and analy- zing, it proves that the combination column is better than unitary column in structural dynamic stiffness and vibration performance. It provides the corresponding theoretical basis for further optimizing the gear grinding machine column and improving the machining accu- racy.
