摘 要:为了探究光照对自然水体生物膜吸附Cu的影响,以自然水体生物膜/水体系模拟自然水体。初步研究了光照对自然水体生物膜吸附Cu的动力学和热力学特征。发现光照对吸附有一定的影响。进一步选择无定形态铁锰氧化物/水体系作为对比,研究了不同浓度过氧化氢对吸附Cu的影响。结果表明,光照对生物膜吸附重金属铜有一定的抑制作用,可能是由于光合作用产生H2O2能够导致生物膜中铁锰氧化物吸附Cu的能力下降。In order to explore the effect of light on the absorption of Cu to natural biofilm, natural biofilm/water system were used to simulate natural water, and the effect of light on the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics characteristics of Cu to biofilm were studied preliminarily. Which were found light has certain influence to the adsorption, further to choose polymorphous iron manganese oxide/water system by contrast, the influence of different concentration of hydrogen peroxide on adsorption process were studied. The results showed that the light to biofilm adsorbed heavy metal copper has certain inhibition, because H2O2 produced by photosynthesis can lead to iron manganese oxide adsorption capacity of Cu decreased.
