高校学生党支部组织生活的实效性研究

摘　　要：高校学生党支部组织生活存在部分党员参与不积极,组织生活形式单调,党员之间缺乏交流等问题,严重影响了学生党支部战斗堡垒作用的发挥。这些问题主要是由于学生党支部缺乏制度建设,活动创新意识不强,部分党员自身定位错误等原因造成的。因此,通过采取增设学生监察员,建立可量化的学生党支部成员考评机制,强化学生党支部书记的能力培训,创新组织生活等措施,以增强学生党支部组织生活的实效性很有必要。In the university student Party branch, some members do not actively participate in the organizational life, lack of communication, and the form is monotonous, seriously impacting its role. These problems are mainly due to the shortage of institutional construction, awareness of the activities innovation, and some Party members own error positioning and etc. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance its effectiveness to organize the life by taking the measures such as putting up additional student supervisors, establishing a quantifiable evaluation mechanism, strengthening the ability training of the secretary, innovating the organizational life and so on.
