小肝癌患者行能谱CT检查的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨小肝癌患者行能谱CT检查的护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2013年2-12月第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院收治的320例行能谱CT检查的小肝癌患者的临床资料。结果 320例患者中,311例(97.19%)患者的扫描图像质量满足影像学评价标准,图像质量分级在2级以上的有233例(占74.92%),能够满足临床诊断标准的有279例(占89.71%)。结论严格、细致的护理有利于提高小肝癌患者能谱CT检查的图像质量。Objective To investigate the nursing method in energy spectral CT of patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Clinical data of 320 patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma received energy spectral CT were analyzed retrospectively.Results In total 320 cases,the scanned images of 311（97.19%）cases were qualified.233（74.92%）cases with the image quality of 2grade,and 279（89.71%）cases with image quality considered as good enough for clinical diagnosis.Conclusion The strict and effective nursing is essential for improve image quality of energy spectral CT examination for patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma.
