摘　　要：目的:采用文本挖掘方法,探索糖尿病中医养生理论与养生方法的规律。方法:在CBM数据库中收集有关糖尿病文献数据,采用基于敏感关键词频数统计的数据分层算法,挖掘糖尿病养生理论与养生方法的规律,并利用Cytoscape 2.8软件进行可视化展示。结果:糖尿病最常用的养生理论是未病先防,其余从较常用的依次是既病防变、饮食有节、怒则气上、天人相应等;针灸、按摩、推拿、保健功、养性、节饮食、熏蒸等10种方法从高到低依次为常用的养生方法,其中推拿与按摩是联用最多的养生方法。结论:文本挖掘方法总结得到的糖尿病养生规律,在一定程度上客观呈现了糖尿病临床养生的情况并对糖尿病养生起到一定指导作用。Objective： To analyze the regularity of the health-preservation theories and regimens of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） for diabetes mellitus（ DM） with text mining approach. Methods： Download the literature about DM from Chinese Bio-Medical literature database. Mine the rules of the theories and regimens on preserve health by data slicing algorithm. The results were displayed visually with Cytoscape 2. 8 software. Results： Prevention before disease onset is the most commonly-used theory of health preservation in TCM for DM. Remaining commonly-used theories of health preservation from high to low in order is：preventing disease from exacerbating,regularly and moderately eating,rage leading to qi ascending,correspondence between human and universe,etc. The order of the common-used regimens from high to low is： acupuncture,massage,manipulation,health Qigong,self-cultivation,diet control,fumigation,etc. The combination of massage and manipulation is the most commonly-used combination of regimens. Conclusion： Text mining approach provides a novel method in the summary of the regularity of the health-preservation theories and regimens of TCM. To some extent,health-preservation results from texting mining could reflect the practical situation in clinic and guide the clinical heath care.
