Treatment of radiation proctitis by retention enema with mixed liquor of Biyafinn combined with Yunnan Baiyao and Kangfuxin

摘　　要：目的探讨采用比亚芬联合云南白药及康复新混合液保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎的临床疗效。方法将36例盆腔恶性肿瘤经放射治疗后发生放射性直肠炎的患者随机分为观察组及对照组各18例,观察组用比亚芬、云南白药、康复新配制混合液保留灌肠;对照组用地塞米松、庆大霉素、维生素B12混合液保留灌肠,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效17例,总有效率为94.44%;对照组总有效12例,总有效率为66.67%,两组总有效率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论比亚芬联合云南白药和康复新混合液保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎疗效较好。Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effects of retention enema with mixed liquor of Biyafinn combined with Yunnan Baiyao and Kangfuxin on radiation proctitis. Methods Thirty six cases of cavitas pelvis malignant tumor having radiation proctitis after the radiotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 18 ones in each group. The observation group was treated by retention enema with the mixed liquor of Biyafinn, Yunnan Baiyao, and Kangfuxin, while the control group was treated by retention enema with the mixed liquor of dexamethasone, gentamicin, and vitamin B12. Results Seventy cases in the observation group were totally effective with the total effective rate of 94.44%, while in the control group 12 cases were totally effective, with the total effective rate of 66.67%. There was a significant difference in the total effective rates between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Retention enema with mixed liquor of Biyafinn combined with Yunnan Baiyao and Kangfuxin has a superior curative effect on radiation proctitis.
