LRP16和E-cadherin在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨LRP16和上皮细胞钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达与临床病理特征等因素间的关系。方法:采集泸州医学院附属医院2009年10月至2011年3月60例子宫内膜腺癌及20例正常子宫内膜组织,应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测子宫内膜腺癌组织中LRP16和E-cadherin的表达情况,分析二者与子宫内膜腺癌之间的关系。结果:子宫内膜腺癌组织中LRP16细胞核阳性表达率为73.33%(44/60),细胞浆阳性表达率95.00%(57/60);LRP16细胞核表达程度与癌细胞的组织学分级呈正相关(P<0.05),而与手术病理分期无相关性(P>0.05);LRP16细胞浆表达与癌细胞的分化程度无相关性(P>0.05),而与手术病理分期呈负相关(P<0.05)。子宫内膜腺癌组中E-cadherin的阳性表达率为86.67%,而正常组中为90.00%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。子宫内膜腺癌中LRP16表达和E-cadherin的表达差异无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:LRP16的表达可能与子宫内膜腺癌的发生发展密切相关;E-cadherin的表达与子宫内膜腺癌的发生发展未发现明确相关关系,LRP16蛋白表达水平与E-cadherin的表达可能无相关性。Objective： To investigate the expression of LRP16 and E-cadherin in endometrial adenocarcinoma and their relationship with the clinical pathological characteristics. Methods： Tissues of sixty cases of endometrial adenocarci- noma and 20 cases of normal endometrium were collected between Oct. 2009 and March 2011 in our hospital. The immuno- histochemical method was used to examine the expression of LRP16 and E-cadherin in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue and the normal endometrial tissue. Furthermore,the correlations between these two index and the clinical pathological char- acteristics of endometrial ad were explored. Results： The expression rate of LRP16 was 73.33% in the nuele- us, and 95.00% in the cytoplasm. The expression of LRP16 in the nucleus was positively related with differentiation of cancer cells （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but not related with operation pathologic staging （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of LRP16 in the cy- toplasm was negatively related with operation pathologic staging （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but not related with differentiation of cancer cells （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the expression of E-cadherin between endometrial cancer tissue and the normal endometrial tissue. No significant correlation was found between the expression of LRP16 and E-cadherin in en- dometrial adenocarcinoma. Conclusion： LRP16 may be closely related to the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma. No obvious correlation is found between the expression of E-cadherin and the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer. There is no significant correlation in the expression of LRP16 and E-cadherin in endometrial adeno- carcinoma.
