高校创业型人才培养视域下的全程职业生涯教育

摘　　要：全程职业生涯教育是高校创业型人才培养的应然之义。站在创业型人才培养的高度,借鉴国内外高校的典型经验,有针对性地推进中国高校全程职业生涯教育具有重要性、迫切性和可行性。深化高校创业型人才培养视域下的全程职业生涯教育,需做好顶层设计,稳步推进。要注重理清教育阶段,优化课程体系;加强师资建设,提升"双师"素养;增加社会资本,提供全面保障。The entire career education ought to be entrepreneurial talent training in colleges and universities of righteousness. Standing in the height of the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents, it has importance, urgency and feasibility to target to Chinese colleges and u-niversities to promote the entire career education from the typical experience of domestic and foreign universities. The career education under the view of deepening the culture of entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities, we should make the top design, propel steadily, pay attention to clearing the stage of education, and optimize the curriculum system. We should also strengthen the construction of teachers, enhance the ＆quot; double teacher＆quot; literacy, promote the social capital and provide comprehensive protection.
