摘　　要：十八大以来,习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神为新形势下医学院校思想政治教育工作提出了新的要求,是深化医学生思想政治教育的重要理论纲领和行动指南。面对意识形态多样化、文化多元化的态势,医学院校在创新和改进思想政治教育过程中,要以社会主义核心价值观为引领,主导医学生思想文化;以中华传统医学文化为内容,推进校园文化建设;以医学职业精神为着力点,夯实医学生专业文化基础。Since the eighteenth national congress of the CCP, the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping series of speeches put forward the new requirements of the ideological and political education work in higher medical colleges. The spirit is the guide to deepen the ideological and political education. Facing the trend of ideology and culture diversification, medical colleges should use the socialist core values to guide the ideology and culture of medical students in the process of innovation and improvement of ideological and political education. Medical college should make the Chinese traditional medicine culture as the content to promote the construction of campus culture and make the medical occupation spirit as the focal point to tamp foundation of professional culture of medical students.
