摘　　要：文章通过调查问卷、小组讨论、走访调研、专家访谈等多种手段,从教育环境和管理方法入手,对当前高校特困生成长成才的外部环境、现实表现和客观问题进行了较为全面的梳理,其后结合特困生群体在学习能力、生活状况、心理素质和求职择业等方面的实际特点,提出了构建社会、校园、个人三位一体教育保障体系的工作思路和具体建议。Through preliminary questionnaire, panel discussions, visits to research, expert interviews and other means, starting from the educational environment and management methods, this article combed comprehensively the external environment of the cur- rent growth and success of poor students, realistic and objective performance issues, then combined with the actual characteristics of poor students in learning, living conditions, psychological and job careers, etc. , provides working thoughts and specific proposals con- structing an educational support system involving society, individuals.
