地方应用型本科院校汉语言文学精品师范专业建设的思考

摘　　要：有效提高地方应用型本科院校师范类汉语言文学专业的教学质量,是此类高校面临的共同问题。从理论与实践的高度,赋予专业建设以"精品化"的内核,是解决上述问题的重要途径。实施方法包括确立高校与初中合力打造的"院校协同式"人才培养模式;设计知识与技能并重的基础理论课程体系、以"五项基本功训练"为核心的实践教学体系、以实训实习基地为教育实践依托的人才培养方案;精化配置教师、课程、科学研究和学生等专业要素。It is common problem for teacher education of local applied universities to raise teaching quality effectively of chinese linguistics literature. From the aspects of theory and practice, granting exquisite construction to chinese linguistics literature is the main method to the above problem. Implementation measures include establishing talents fostering model of universities cooperated with mid- dle schools, designing basic theory curriculum system focus on both knowledge and skills, practical teaching system with ＂five basic training＂ at its core and talents fostering plan supported by teaching practice based on practical base, refined collocation of teachers, curriculum, scientific study and students, etc. factors.
