肺之“相使贵贱”内涵探析

摘　　要：从整体看,脏腑之间是相互佐使、相互为用的关系,无明显贵贱差别,但在特定条件下,脏腑之间有贵贱之别,历代有"心主说""肝贵说""脾主说""肾本说",而对"肺贵"论述较少。文章以"肺贵"为论点,从"辅君制君、治节诸脏","形如华盖、护脏保心","五脏之天、出纳天地冲和之气"3个方面阐释肺"相使贵贱"的内涵。"辅君制君、诸脏之长",从肺与心的关系及肺主治节功能论肺"贵";"形如华盖、护脏保心",从肺在人体中的解剖位置和形态论肺"贵";"五脏之天、出纳天地冲和之气",从天人合一的角度论肺"贵"。肺"贵"是在五脏特定条件下的相对状态,而非绝对性观点。On the whole, Zang and Fu reinforce and assist with each other without noble and lowly, but there was a distinction of noble or lowly between Zang and Fu viscera under particular situation. There were a lot of discussions about ‘heartpriority theory＇, ‘liver-dignity theory＇, ‘spleen-priority theory＇ and ‘kidney-fundamental theory＇ in the past dynasties, while the viewpoint about ‘lung-dignity theory＇ was seldom discussed. This paper explained the connotation of lung ‘mutual-assistance and domination＇ theory based on the thesis as ‘lung-dignity＇ from aspects as follows： lung could manage and regulate Zang-Fu by assisting and restricting of office of monarch; the shape of lung was like a canopy and could protect heart; lung as the sky of the five internal organs could release and absorb the Chong qi and He qi between universe. Of which, this paper discussed the connotation of ‘lung dignity＇ from the relationship between lung and heart and the management and regulation function of lung, from anatomical position and form of lung in human body, from the viewpoint that man was an integral part of nature, respectively. ‘Lung dignity＇ was a relative state under certain conditions rather than an absolute viewpoint.
