摘　　要：中医学领域对情志概念的认识历经了一个从提出到争辩,逐步深入到基本达成共识的过程,有情志合称说与情志一体说两种不同的观点。结合当代情绪心理学的研究成果,情志应该视为一个独立的概念,是指基于个体心理、生理状态,经过心神(脑)的感应、认知、调控,对内外环境变化产生的涉及心理生理的复杂反应;它具有特有的情绪主观体验、情志表情和相应的生理和行为的变化;是一个复杂的,具有适应性、动力性和系统性的,能够帮助个体适应复杂多变环境的心理现象。TCM practitioners have undergone a gradual process to comprehend the definition of emotion, which grows from the presentation of this concept to argumentation and eventually into agreement, being the theory of collective emotion and integral emotion respectively. According to the research of modern emotional psychology, emotion should be regarded as an independent concept which refers to a complicated psychological and physiological reaction to the change of inner and outer environment after the response, perception and regulation of mind based on the individual psychology and physiological status. Featuring a specific subjective experience of emotion, emotional expression and corresponding changes of physiology and behavior, it is a complex psychological phenomenon, with adaptability, dynamic property and systematization, which enables individuals to adapt to the changing environment.
