摘　　要：代谢组学是一种将图像识别方法和生物信息学结合起来的分析技术。通过对代谢产物定量和定性分析,从整体上评价生命体功能状态和变化,能够全面、快速地研究机体内部代谢物的总体变化,然后将这些多维代谢轨迹与病理生理过程中的生物学事件联系起来,反应生物体系的状态。代谢组学在功能性胃肠病诊疗方面具有指导性作用。许多国外学者已将代谢组学技术广泛用于功能性胃肠病的研究中,而目前国内的相关研究相对较少。文章旨在通过对国内外相关研究进行总结,概述代谢组学技术在功能性胃肠疾病方面的研究动态,阐明该技术对功能性胃肠疾病诊疗的重要意义,并进一步深入分析其在临床运用过程中可能面临的问题。Metabolomics is an analysis technique combining image-identified method with bioinformatics. It can evaluate the functional status and changes of life entity on the whole, and study the entire changes of metabolite in body roundly and quickly by using qualitative and quantitative analysis on metabolite. Metabolomics has a guiding role in diagnosis and treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorder. Metabolomicstechnology is widely used in the researches of functional gastrointestinal disorder by many foreign scholars, and the related researches report less in China at present. This paper summarizes the research trends in functional gastrointestinal disorder and clarifies the significance of treating functional gastrointestinal disorder with this technique based on the summary of correlated studies both at home and abroad. It also further analyzes some probable problems in the process of its clinical application.
