摘  要:目的探讨精神科夜间应急情况及调配护理人力资源的可行性。方法制定精神科夜间护理应急支援工作制度及流程,对近两年夜间应急调配护理人力资源的情况及效果进行分析。结果应急支援原因包括:冲动暴力行为应急支援(39.9%)、对治疗不合作需要协助(33.4%)、非自愿入院患者协助入院(23.0%)、其他需求支援(3.7%);应急支援时间:1~5分钟(12.1%)、5~10分钟(48.8%)、10~15分钟(23.7%)、16分钟以上(15.4%);每月平均应急支援15次、派出支援护士33人次。结论设立总值护士长,及时协调安排夜班护士支援工作,加强护理人员应对暴力行为能力脱身法和保护性约束技术的培训,严格夜班护士准入,可以有效控制和减少意外事件的发生,保证患者和护士的人身安全以及护理工作质量。Objective To investigate the condition and probability of psychiatric nighttime emergent allocation of nursing human resources. Methods The work systems and procedures of psychiatric night emergent nursing support were developed, and the condition and effect of nighttime emergent allocation of nursing human resources of past nearly two years were analyzed. Results Among the reasons of emergent support, 39.9% was for patients with impulsive violence, 33.4% was for patients with uncooperative behaviors to treatments, 23.0%was for patients with involuntary admission, and 3.7% was for other demands. Emergent support time which were from 1 to 5 minutes, 5 to10 minutes, 10 to 15 minutes and above 16 minutes were respectively accounted for 12.1%, 48.8%, 23.7% and 15.4%. Monthly average emergent support need was 15 times, and 33 nurse-time were assigned to support. Conclusions To set the nurse manager on duty to assign the support tasks to nurses having night shifts timely, strength trainings of nurses' abilities to respond and get rid of the violence as well as skills of protective restraint and strict the night shift admittance can reduce and control the occurrence of accidents, and it can ensure the safety of patients and nurses, as well as the quality of nursing.
