西安市三甲综合医院低年资护士化疗防护行为及影响因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的：了解西安市三甲综合医院低年资护士化疗职业防护行为并分析其影响因素,从而为提高三甲综合医院低年资护士化疗职业防护水平提供理论依据。方法：采用调查描述性研究方法,通过发放调查问卷对402名低年资护士进行调查,并分析其影响因素。结果：本组护士年龄（24.08±3.06）岁;低年资护士化疗职业防护行为得分10～68（48.47±10.60）分;其中年龄、接触化疗药物年限、接触药物时机、科室配备化疗防护设备、每年参加培训次数等共9个因素对低年资护士化疗防护行为有显著影响（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论：三甲综合医院低年资护士化疗防护行为一般,受护士年龄、接触化疗药物年限、科室配备化疗防护设备、化疗相关培训等因素影响,因此提示护理管理者应有针对性地采取措施,加强低年资护士职业防护行为,从而提高化疗相关职业防护水平。Objective：To investigate the behavior of junior nurses and analyze the influencing factors in the protection of chemotherapy in the general hospitals at the level of grade III class A in Xiˊan City in order to provide theoretical basis for improving occupational protec-tion level against chemotherapy. Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 402 junior nurses and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results：The investigated junior nurses in this group were 24. 08 ± 3. 06）years old. The scores of occupational protection behavior against chemotherapy were 10 to 68（48. 47＋10. 60）points. The main influencing factors included age,years of exposure to che-motherapeutic drugs,occasion of exposure to chemotherapeutic drugs,protection facility and frequency of training each year（P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Nursing managers should take the targeted measures to enhance the occupational protection behavior of junior nurses so as to improve the occupational protection level.
