摘　　要：生态产业集群是传统产业集群可持续发展的必然和方向。要形成产业集群生态化的共生关系,在保持集群经济发展的同时兼顾集群的生态效应,知识转移是关键。生态产业集群这一特定情境下的知识转移表现出许多与传统产业集群不同的特性,然而当前文献较少涉及生态产业集群内知识问题的相关研究。文章基于前人关于知识转移影响因素的相关研究,结合生态产业集群知识转移的特性,对生态产业集群知识转移的影响因素进行系统化分析和总结,提出生态产业集群知识转移影响因素概念模型,最后提出促进生态产业集群知识转移的建议。Ecological industry cluster is the result and direction of the sustainable development of traditional industry cluster. To give consideration to ecological effect while pursuing economic development and form a symbiotic relationship of industry cluster, knowledge transfer is the key. There are many differences between knowledge transfer in ecological industry cluster and that in traditional one. But the research seldom involves the knowledge problems in ecological industry cluster. Based on the former research related to influence factors of knowledge transfer and the characteristics of knowledge transfer in ecological industry cluster, the paper proposes an influence factor model for it and gives some suggestions on how to promote knowledge transfer in ecological industry cluster.
